What don't we do?

We do not admit cats that are not fully up to date with their vaccinations, unless it is with veterinary advice and comes with a letter of explanation from your veterinary surgeon. This is because vaccines protect your cat and others against deadly diseases and is part of our protocol to ensure your cat remains healthy whilst staying with us.

We do not just feed and water your cat whilst it is with us. We do ensure every cat has lots of attention, cuddles and love given to it whilst you enjoy and relax on your holiday.

We do not mix cats from different families in the same lodge to maximise space. Only cats from the same family are permitted together, up to a maximum of 3 cats. Our apologise if your family has more than 3 cats (crazy cat family!! lol) but you will have to split the cats over more than one lodge.

We do not use cages designed for short term day care at veterinary surgeons for long term holiday care of your cat.

We do not keep cats in too small a space to allow them freedom of movement! Every lodge provides plenty of space to move and play, including vertically.

Toys!

Some cats bring their own toys! Every lodge has enough space for an activity centre, spa, toys and home comfort to keep the cat occupied.

Activity!

Every lodge comes equipped with an Activity centre / scratching post / sleep tree! These are steam cleaned between bookings and treated with Accliam, an antiparasitic spray.
