However, we do request that clients not enter the property and we only admit the cat(s) at the main gate, for the time being.

Activity frame
Each of the lodges has a new activity frame, or as Jubas here demonstrates lack of activity. The cats enjoy the reassurance "the cube" offers and the many levels, as well as being able to scratch on the many poles.

Patio pen
What a space! The photo doesn't do it justice, it needs to be seen.
A lodge might hold 3 cats but when a client has 4 what to do?
Not a problem now, the patio pen is also available for larger or smaller cat families too.

Settling in
Firstly our apologies for not keeping up to date with our blog. This is something that we have allowed to slip but hopefully going forward you will see more posts from us.
Our busy summer season is in progress, our first at our new location, and it is going well, occupancy is very good and new clients are finding us, which is always good to know.
Our new garden is establishing itself well too...

Cool Cats
With high temperatures at the weekend (39ºC in the shade) and predictions of persistent high temperatures we purchased some fans to assist the water cooled roofs and shading in maintaining comfortable temperatures for the cats.

"Activity Frame"
Each Lodge comes equipped with an activity frame, however they are often used for other activities. Once finished with they are hoovered, steam cleaned and exposed to UV light for some time. They are also treated periodically with a veterinary grade product to protect against fleas and mites.
